Women Owning Wellness (WOW) is an empowerment movement which aims to impact the lives of women by encouraging and educating them to take ownership of their health. WOW inspires women to “Find Their FIT and Own Their Wellness” by becoming whole physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
WOW is an entity of Get Fit with Jackie Fitness, LLC.
ABOUT The WOW Expo
The WOW Expo is an annual event held in the spring of each year. The purpose of the WOW Expo is to encourage women to live healthy lifestyles and take ownership of their health. The WOW experience is the beginning of a process of change and growth where women will gain insight on how to make healthier choices to feel better and live well. Each year the WOW Expo only gets better! A portion of the proceeds benefit Cancer Support Services; formerly the Lydia Project.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Yes. The expo is open to adults ages 18 and up.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes; ALL Attendees MUST pre-register to attend the event; there will be NO registration on site the day of the event. To qualify for giveaways during the event you MUST BE PRESENT.
